Deb has been a realtor since 2010, a Broker since 2019, and the Broker/Owner of McNeill and Associates since 2020. A lifelong learner, Deb continually studies skills which benefit her clients. She holds a Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation. She pursues skills in luxury home marketing, home staging & marketing expertise, as well as ways to work effectively with all types of buyers including relocation, seniors, first time home buyers, and military members.
